The current regulatory climate is fast paced and rapidly changing. International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) are in flux. DTG is resolute in discovery and addressing issues which effect international businesses.
DTG's purpose is to make international regulations understandable with the intent of putting that understanding in practice.

Bill has considerable, practical experience in activities surrounding United States imports and exports. His clients range in size from small start-ups to some of the world's largest companies. A licensed broker since 1998 and ECoP ITAR accredited, Bill has knowledge of a wide range of commodities.
Current import projects of DTG include; importation guidance on List I & II chemicals, Section 301 Exclusion extensions and commodity drafts, HTSUS, TARIC and CDN classification in apparel, headwear and footwear.
Current export projects include: On-going ITAR/EAR export compliance training, DS-2032 filing and EAR licensing services.
